Refund policy
Choice Returns
CandiMaker only accepts returns under certain conditions. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Refunds will not be provided until after the item is received by CandiMaker and verified to be in new, unused condition. Shipping fees are not refundable.
To request a return, you can send me an email to contactme@candimaker.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost to return the item. Items sent back to CandiMaker without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues With Your Order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your items appears to be lost in the mail, please contact me at contactme@candimaker.com so I can look into the matter for you. Orders which appear to be lost in the mail are only eligible for replacement, not a refund.
Please make sure you have a secure location for USPS to deliver your package, as orders where tracking shows the package has been delivered are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Refunds and replacements are not available for orders where the customer has provided incorrect information including but not limited to customization, order selection, and incorrect delivery address. If you notice there is a mistake with your order before shipment, please send an email to contactme@candimaker.com to request a cancellation of your order so you can place a new order with the correct information.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products such as special orders and personalized items cannot be returned.
Cancellations
You may have the option to cancel your order prior to the order being marked as shipped. Please send an email to contactme@candimaker.com to request a cancellation.
Exchanges
Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item as CandiMaker does not allow for exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please reach out to contactme@candimaker.com.
